Neighbors Building Brightmoor is scheduling our final member meeting of the year, and we need your input. Please complete the Doodle poll by December 15th (Deadline extended) so we can choose the date that works best for the most members.

This gathering will serve as both our annual recap meeting and a holiday party for members. We’ll review what we accomplished this year, look ahead at what’s coming in 2026, and hold the final vote on the proposed bylaws revision.
We will also be hosting a holiday drawing for *three* $50 gift cards to Menards for those that attend.
The bylaws revision was presented to membership on September 14, 2025 and remained open for member comment until November 14. Now it’s time to finalize it together—and celebrate another year of community work. Members should have already received a copy by email, but you can request another by contacting [email protected].
